The building has a full time super Carlos Henao 203-348-8898 and he is making sure the building is operational. If you have any issues please feel free to call him.
If it’s a true emergency call 911 or Stamford Police Department at 203-977-4444
If you have any issues in the apartment please call me 917-593-8902. In case I don’t return your call within 24-48 hours it usually means I am outside of the country. Most of the time I am still reachable on WhatsApp at 917-593-8902
If the issue requires a repair and if it can’t wait you can perform the repair and submit all receipts to me and I will reimburse you. I suggest to use the following contractors for repairs.

- For plumbing HVAC and Plumbing – Astacio Plumbing and Heating – 203-253-0769

Maintenance
A/C and heater – the air filter should be changed every 3-6 months.
A/C Thermostat manual can be found here:
